In Baltimore, we serve a fresh and delightful lunch buffet weekdays. In the evening, a prix-fixe three course dinner is served by reservation only. Memsahib is centrally located within a few blocks of the Hippodrome Theatre, the Baltimore Convention Center and downtown hotels.

Appetizer

• Vegetable Samosas & Channa Masala - pastries filled with coriander spiced red potatoes and green peas served with Punjabi chickpeas.

Main Course Choices*

• Tandoori Chicken - Memsahib's famous twice-marinated chicken baked in the tandoor oven.
• Chicken Tikka Masala - boneless chicken tikka cooked in the tandoor and simmered in a tomato and cream sauce.
• Saag Chicken - boneless chicken tikka sauteed with fresh spinach.
• Lamb Curry - boneless New Zealand lamb in a Punjabi curry.
• Bhuna Machi - fresh fish fillets in chef's curry.
• Saag Paneer - fresh spinach with homemade cheese.
• Bhindi Masala - fresh okra tossed with carmelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and cilantro.
• Aloo Gobi - cauliflower and potatoes with ginger.

Dessert & Chai

• Kheer - rice pudding with cardamon and almonds.
• Masala Chai - Indian tea spiced with cinnamon, cardamon, cloves and ginger.

*The main course is served with basmati rice pilau and tandoori naan.
